On my last trip to Vegas, I dined at Salt and Ivy. While the food was pretty good, the service left a lot to be desired. It took quite a long time for our food to arrive, and it didn't all come out at once, leaving my sister awkwardly watching us eat while she waited for her dish. I ordered the power bowl with salmon, which was tasty, but it was missing a proper dressing. The dish came with just one lemon wedge to squeeze on top, which left it a bit dry. I'd suggest they offer at least half a lemon or, better yet, a real dressing to complement the dish. All in all, my experience was just okay. I wouldn't necessarily go back, but the food has potential if they improve the service and tweak a few menu items.

2nd tim here for breakfast! Chicken & Waffles- delish!!! Tried the Dutch Baby ... tasted a bit eggy for me. But the LEMON CURD was the saver for it. So good. Wouldn't get it again here. But highly recommend Chicken & Waffles. So good!!! And they guve you all the sauces for it. HOT syrup, butter, hot sauce. People there were really friendly and we went right when it opened...so it was early!!!!

Located on the promenade level of aria, in my opinion this place is a hidden gem and consistently delivers some of the best brunch on the strip. The ambiance won't blow you away however, service and ambiance are both great. This time around we ordered the lobster toast and the chicken chilaquiles. Both were really tasty and complimented each other. Despite, being over $35 for the lobster toast we felt the portion of lobster meat was rather generous. Both dishes were nicely presented and came out within 15 minutes of being ordered. If you're visiting, staying in Aria, then this place is definitely a no brainer. Highly recommended, the chilaquiles were spicier than I expected but were incredibly flavorful with the Szechuan crunch sauce they add on top.

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!. During our stay I walked past this restaurant a few times because I didn't want to wait in line. I was not in any time constraints but I just decided to go to proper eats food court which is conveniently located next door to the Salt & Ivy Cafe and Patio Bar. Silly me because I missed out on 3 days of deliciousness!. On the fourth day my wife and I went here for breakfast and let me be the first to tell you I would've came here all week if I knew the food was delicious! The service was amazing as well. Let me give a personal thank you to Jose. He was one of the workers who made each visit here perfect!. Great service is everything to me! I definitely recommend this establishment!.

Excellent,. Good choices for breakfast, clean, great service. That morning workout drink will have you going like a cafecito! I'll be back later this week. Check them out. Very nice ambiance. Two days later: Came back. Same result. Excellent. Eat outside if before 10am, it's nice and pleasant.
